Testing laboratory. Monthly periodic testing of products is the key to quality products

Poltava Automotive Component Plant pays great attention to issues of quality and product improvement. But, at the same time, it must be remembered that pneumatic brake equipment is a technologically complex structure that requires appropriate knowledge, qualifications, specific ultra-precise equipment and highly qualified personnel for its production.

Therefore, the plant has its own laboratory for testing brake equipment, accredited by the State Standard of Ukraine for the right to conduct certification tests, at the stands of which the quality of manufactured devices is constantly monitored.

Thus, in February, tests were successfully carried out on disconnecting valves 12.3520010/-10, connecting heads of the “PALM” type 14.3521110/-10 and 14.3521111/-10, single protective valve 12.3515010-01, rod 14.3514160, electric pneumatic valve 11.374 5000-21, as well as products of goods consumer goods produced by the enterprise – dumpling makers PC 10.000.

All of the listed devices and products received a positive assessment during periodic control tests, which confirms the reliability and guarantee of high quality products along with the high efficiency of the technologies used in production.
