Testing laboratory. Monthly periodic testing of products is the key to quality products

Poltava Automobile Unit Plant pays great attention to issues of quality and product improvement. But, at the same time, it must be remembered that pneumatic brake equipment is a technologically complex structure that requires appropriate knowledge, qualifications, specific ultra-precise equipment and highly qualified personnel for its production.

Therefore, the plant has its own laboratory for testing brake equipment, accredited by the State Standard of Ukraine for the right to conduct certification tests, at the stands of which the quality of manufactured devices is constantly monitored.

Thus, in March, tests were successfully carried out on the single safety valve 100-3515010-01, the pressure regulator 11.3512010-20, the brake valves 100-3514010-01/-11, the double safety valve 100-3515110, the triple safety valve 14.3515210, as well as the pneumatic cylinder 100-3570110.
All of the listed devices and products received a positive assessment during periodic control tests, which confirms the reliability and guarantee of high quality products along with the high efficiency of the technologies used in production.
