Poltava Automobile Unit Plant pays great attention to issues of quality and product improvement. But, at the same time, it must be remembered that pneumatic brake equipment is a technologically complex structure that requires appropriate knowledge, qualifications, specific ultra-precise equipment and highly qualified personnel for its production.
Therefore, the plant has its own laboratory for testing brake equipment, accredited by the State Standard of Ukraine for the right to conduct certification tests, at the stands of which the quality of manufactured devices is constantly monitored.
So, in January, tests were successfully carried out on the protective 4-circuit valve 11.3515410, the ‘PALM’ heads with a filter 11.3521510/-01, 11.3521511/-01, the connecting head type A 12.3521010-01, the brake manual reverse valve 100-3537010, pneumatic cylinder 100-3537110, control outlet valves 13.3515310/-10 and condensate drain taps 11.3513110/-10.
All of the listed devices received a positive assessment during periodic control tests, which confirms the reliability and guarantee of high quality products along with the high efficiency of the technologies used in production.
Like every Ukrainian enterprise today, the Poltava Automobile Unit Plant is actively working on mastering the export potential and its gradual return to the volumes before the full-scale invasion of the Russian Federation – 24.02.2022.
The mastery of new promising products, constant purposeful renewal of the production base, successful and efficient work in existing and promising markets along with the policy of integration into the world community are bearing fruit. The volume of shipments to new consumers, in particular to EU countries, where the products of the Poltava Automotive Unit Plant were not previously supplied, increased significantly in 2025. Of course, immediate volumes are still far from desired, but it is definitely a step in the right direction.
The company also continues to effectively cooperate with traditional consumers of Central Asian countries – Kazakhstan and Azerbaijan.
As a result of the hard work of the company’s specialists, thirteen export shipments were made during 2025, including to EU countries – Lithuania, Poland, Hungary and Moldova.
The company’s management and specialists are making maximum efforts and sincerely hope that the foundation of fruitful cooperation, laid in the past years, will allow the successful development and expansion of the company’s presence on the European market.
